Protecting the identity and privacy of our Members is critical. Key features of our Member Privacy approach include:

• Shielding of your name, current employer, and job title from search results. Clients see a "screened" profile that allows them to view important information about your credentials but your identity is concealed until you have responded to a formal request to consult.
• Protection of your personal contact information. We will never reveal your phone number, email address, or other direct contact information to a client. Ever.
• Automatic screening to prevent anyone you designate from viewing your profile.
• Usage agreements and contracts which ensure that our Clients will keep your participation in Maven and the contents of your consultations with them strictly confidential.

Client Privacy

Protecting our Clients' confidential and proprietary information is extremely important to us. Key features of our Client Privacy approach include:

• Shielding of your name and the name of your firm from Mavens until after they accept an offer to consult with you and you agree to schedule a consultation.
• Protection of your personal contact information. We will never reveal your phone number, email address, or other direct contact information to a Maven. Ever.
• Usage agreements and contracts that ensure that we and our Mavens will keep your usage of the Maven service and the contents of your consultations with them strictly confidential.
• Hiding of feedback you provide on our Mavens, to give you confidence that we will never share your specific feedback on a Maven with anyone.
