One of the best parts of my job is watching professionals like you find new ways to profit from what (and who!) they know. In May alone, Mavens consulted on topics ranging from Needle Coke to Splunk Software… from Facebook Advertising to Set Top Boxes… from Herbal Supplements to Electrical Generators… and many, many more!
Mavens got paid to share their knowledge in more ways than ever last month, including via Electronic Surveys, Telephone Consultations, Extended Consulting, Electronic Books, Intelligence Markets, and for referring others to the Global Knowledge Marketplace. Some made a little and others made a lot, but I get excited every time somebody earns money from Maven.
Here are the latest developments…
Follow Maven
Do you follow Maven on our social media pages? Over the past few weeks activity on our LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google+ groups has ramped up considerably.
If you’re not already monitoring these channels, please do so – this is one of the best ways to stay informed about open consulting opportunities, news and announcements, case studies, and goings-on in the industries our participants care most about (which is to say, ALL industries!)
June Microconsulting Deals
During the month of June we’re offering a special promotion on our “microconsulting” suite, so if you’ve never used Maven to talk to an expert or Survey a group of experts, now is the perfect time to do so.
Here’s the deal: run your first Survey or Consultation with Maven and we’ll knock 20% off the final price.
If you need some first-hand expertise to help you make a critical professional decision (or just make you look smarter in front of your colleagues!) shoot me a note and I’ll find the right Mavens to help you.
Connect with LinkedIn
Did you know you can now connect your Maven and LinkedIn accounts? This is a great way to optimize your Maven profile and build your Maven Network. There are two ways you can leverage your LinkedIn account to maximize your opportunities to profit from Maven:
1. Sync your employment history to beef up your Maven Profile:
Â
2. Invite your LinkedIn Connections to join Maven and earn Referral Commissions.
As always, let me know if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions for how we can make Maven better.
