Electrician Hand Tools CX Event
Description:
We are seeking experienced electricians to participate in an in-person customer experience (CX) research event focused on electrical hand tools. During the session, participants will complete a simulated shopping experience in a retail electrical tool aisle and provide feedback on their purchasing decisions, brand preferences, product selection criteria, and overall buying behavior.
The session will last approximately 90 minutes and will take place on July 24 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm EST at the CX Lab located in Atlanta, Georgia. Participants will receive a $200 gift card as compensation for their time.
Please note: This is an on-site event. Please only accept this invitation if you are located within approximately two hours of Atlanta, GA, and can attend the event in person.
