Ginseng Extract in Food and Beverage Products
I would like to learn more about the use of ginseng extract as an ingredient in food and beverage applications. I am interested in speaking with those that understand the extraction process of ginseng and have analytical chemistry and capabilities specific to the matrix of analysis of ready-to-drink beverage products.
