As a Chef he has worked in the top end Hospitality Industry in 5 continents and in over 8 different countries. Holding several Executive Management positions within international reputed 5star Hotel companies like Swissotel (Raffles), Le Royal Meridien, ITT-Sheraton, InterContinental and more
As a qualified VET Teacher & Trainer he has taught Culinary Arts & Management in Australia at several Training Organizations including Le Cordon Bleu, TAFE NSW NSI and Central College. Delivering content for all VET level courses including face-to-face, online (eLearning and mLearning) & mixed mode to local and international students..
As a Consultant he has advised organizations within the international Hospitality, Recruitment, Migration, Education and Professional Development Industry. In addition as a Project Manager he has spearheaded many projects including VET courses curriculum development and design in Australia as well contributed to online (eLearning & mLearning) content and resources locally and overseas. As a Skill Assessor he has advised & consulted with Migration Service agencies & clients on Culinary Skilled Migration to Australia. As a Culinary Recruitment Consultant (worldwide) he has advised, consulted and referred Hospitality organizations, Recruitment agencies and individuals.
As a Speaker he has held and conducted several key note speeches & presentation for organizations including the Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, TAFE NSI, The Plantation Bay Hotel (Philippines) and more.
As an Advocate and Volunteer he is working with different organizations including the Guide Dog Dogs NSW/ACT, City of Ryde Access Committee, Glaucoma Australia, etc… in order to create awareness & social inclusion within our society and community..
