European Food Contact Material Legislation
Description:
I would like to learn more about European food contact material legislation(s) especially as it pertains to food contact material coatings and a specific substance, poly(vinyl alcohol). In particular, I am interested in learning more about EC 10/2011 which pertains specifically to polymers and identification of material types that are not explicitly covered by the EC 1935/2004 legislation. The ideal candidate will have experience in using poly(vinyl alcohol) in food contact material applications within the EU.
