I would like to speak with professionals who have a deep understanding of analytical methods to quantify uronic acids (Glucuronic and Galacturonic acids). In particular, I would like to learn about methods besides colorimetric/spectrophotometric techniques that can be used to quantitatively analyze bound and free uronic acids in complex food matrices. Additionally, I would like to better understand ways to address challenges around degradation during hydrolysis that prevent clear results in the analysis.
