I would like to learn more about the organizational benchmarks, metrics, and key performance indicator (KPIs) tracking success and performance of external/open innovation programs. Ideally, I would like to understand how leaders in FMCG (e.g. P&G, Clorox, Unilever etc.) and/or F&B (e.g. Nestle, Mars, Mondelez, etc.) define a “win”, the percentage of “wins” relative to the total number of opportunities assessed, and how the conversion rate has changed over the last 5 years.
