Edible Oil Quality Analysis


I am looking to learn more about food analysis and quality control in edible oil processing. In particular, I would like to discuss alternative methodologies for oil quality assessment and analysis, either for continuous in-line detection or off-line detection during the frying process.
Ultimately, I would like to gain a deeper understanding on novel non-traditional techniques (excluding NIR), which can be easily utilized in a manufacturing setting as a primary analysis technique is desired. For each method, I would like insight into considerations including cost competitiveness and ease of use.
