I would like to learn about cracker formulation and its manufacturing process. Ideally, I would like to discuss the functional ingredients in the structure of a cracker dough and the impacts they have on its production and texture.

In particular, I would like to speak with professionals that have ingredient knowledge, especially around the role of grains, fats, and flavor drivers, as well as processing conditions and equipment functionality.
