Telephone Consultations

Telephone Consultations are short, verbal discussions with qualified subject matter experts. Telephone Consultations are direct, private, and confidential; you decide with whom to speak, set the agenda, ask the questions, and determine when the discussion ends. You only pay for time actually spent on the phone (down to the minute) with a particular Maven at their specific rate.

 

How it Works

We provide an extensive network of qualified experts and all the tools you'll need to search for them, handle payments, provide feedback, avoid conflicts, and manage ongoing projects. You conduct your own searches, invite the experts with whom you wish to speak , and consult with them at your convenience. Here's how it works:

Search

Find Mavens using our intuitive search engine. Short on time? Send us your requests and our trained Account Managers will search on your behalf.

Qualify

Selected Mavens receive invitations to consult with you. Mavens must qualify for your specific inquiry by demonstrating knowledge of your topic(s) of interest.

Schedule

As Mavens respond you can schedule calls with them via our integrated conferencing platform.

Connect

At the scheduled time, you will be automatically connected to the Maven.

Review

After the Consultation you may provide feed- back, schedule a follow-up discussion, or find new Mavens to talk to.
